Our candles ship in 14–28 days. Slower than most things you order. Here's why, and what to expect.
How we ship
Each candle is hand-poured in a small studio and shipped direct to you. No fulfillment-center middleman, no overstock — every candle is part of a small, current batch. The direct-to-door model is why delivery takes a few weeks instead of a few days. Tracking is included on every order.
What you'll get
- Order confirmation email immediately after purchase
- Shipping confirmation with tracking when it leaves the studio (1–3 days after ordering)
- Delivery in 14–28 days from order date
- A check-in email at the 14-day mark if your candle hasn't arrived yet
Where we ship
Canada and the United States. We don't ship internationally yet — we want to perfect the experience here first.
Shipping costs
- Free shipping during launch — Canada and US, no minimum
- After launch: flat $8 ground (CAD within Canada, USD within US)
If something goes wrong
Lost in transit? Took longer than 28 days? Arrived damaged? We make it right. Email [email protected] with your order number and we'll either reship or refund — your choice.

Why a few weeks?
We ship direct from the studio. Skipping the fulfillment-center middleman keeps the price honest and the wax in small, current batches — and it adds about two weeks of transit. As volume grows, warehousing will move closer and the window will tighten. The shipping window stays disclosed up front so the expectation matches the box that lands on your door.
